Service Category and Salary - JM 1-1-2025 Rs. 72,650 10 x 1360-18 x 2040-122,970 (Monthly)

(Approved other Allowances under Management Service Circular No. 01/2025) Age - Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. Maximum age limit will not be applicable to internal applicants.

Qualifications:

7.1 For external Applicants (I or II below) - 01 Post

I. Should have obtained a degree in Commerce / Management field recognized by the University Grants Commission

II. Should have passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Institute compatible to the subject field relevant to the post And Should have obtained at least Ten (10) years experience in the relevant field in Government, Government Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution after obtaining the qualification

7.2 For Internal Applicants (I or II or III below)

1. Should have fulfilled the qualifications for the external applicants mentioned above

II. Should have completed a satisfactory service period of at least five (05) years in a Grade II post relevant to the subject field in Management Assistant - Non Technical (MA-1) Service Category

III. Should have fulfilled the qualifications relevant to the post for which the applicant was initially recruited by the Authority and to the subsequent positions for which the applicant was promoted
