Qualifications:

3.1 For external Applicants (I or II below)
L. Should have obtained a degree in Acc in Accountancy/Commerce subject field recognized by the University Grants Commission.

 And

Should have obtained a relevant postgraduate (Master's degree) or should have obtained the associate mastership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute compatible with the past and subject field.

Should have obtained at least fifteen (15) years experience in a "managerial" level past to Government, government corporation, Board, statutory institution, or reputable private institution.

Should have obtained the Full Membership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute in technology/management/transport

 and

Should have obtained at least fifteen (15) years of experience in a "Managerial level post in Government, an entity, a government corporation, a bank, a statutory institution, or a reported private institution.

3.2 For Internal Applicants (1 or II or III below) 1. Should have fulfilled the qualification for the external applicants
mentioned above

11. Should have completed a satisfactory service period of at least five (05) years to the subject field to is a Grade T post of the Managerial (MM) Service Category
III. Should have failed the qualifications relevant to the post for which the applicant was initially selected by the Authority and
