Qualifications:

2.1 For external Applicants (I or Il below)
1. Should have obtained a dagon Englanering/Science/Commerce from a university recognized by the University Grants Comission

And

Should have obtained a mlevant postgraduate (Master's) degree/shoubt have obtained the Associate membership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute compatible to ralavant to the post subject field
And 

Should have obtained at least fifteen (25) years experiexce in a "Managerial Lavel post in Govemmsweet, Goverment Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or reputed Private Intitution

II. Should have obtained the Full Membership of a recogilced Chartared Professional Institute in Technology/Management/Tramsport

And

Should have obtained at least fifteen (15) years expertence in a "Managerial level post in Government, Government Corporation, Heard, Statutory Institution or rmputed Private Institution
2.2 For Intemal Applicants (I or II er III helow)
1. Should have fulfilled the qualifications for the extemal appilcants mentioned above
II. Should have completad a satisfactory service period of at least Ifive (05) years in the subject field in a Gade 1 post of the Managerial (MM) Service Category
III. Should have fulfiled the qualifications relevant to the post for which the applicant was initially recruiltad by the H cant was initially recruitad by the Authority and to the subsequent positions for which the applicant pobed
