TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER – RSP ENTERPRISES – Nugegoda, Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead business development and market penetration strategies within the assigned sector.
• Identify, evaluate and secure high-value business opportunities.
• Provide technical advisory and solution-based selling tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Consistently deliver on revenue targets and business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience in technical sales (heavy equipment/commercial vehicles/industrial solutions).
• Strong knowledge of prime movers, transport systems & material handling equipment.
• Proven B2B sales, key account & business development experience.
• Strong negotiation, commercial & stakeholder management skills.
• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with prior sales and service experience on MTU/CAT/MAN/Cummins engines are preferred.
