• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for production machinery.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for efficient distribution.
• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Maintain maintenance and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferrably a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
• Must possess a valid riding / driving license.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Communication and problem solving skills are essential.
