Finex brand, an ISO Certified, hygienic, disposable paper products company and a major challenger to the established players in the segment of Soft Tissue in Sri Lanka.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Factory Operations to support daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.

Location:
Meegoda, Panaluwa, IDB Estate

The role includes, the installation, trouble shooting & maintenance of factory machinery, supervising production activities, monitoring quality and productivity, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with process improvements to achieve operational targets. Preferrably a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
