Salary Scale

• As per Public Administration Circular 10/2025 approved from 25.03.2025 at a salary scale-PL-01-2025 Rs.40,000-10x450-10x490-10x540-12x590-61,880/-

Educational Qualifications

• Should have passed the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination in not more than two sittings in six (06) subjects with at least two credit passes.

Professional Qualifications

• Having a professional qualification in the relevant field is considered a special qualification.

Experience

• Experience in the relevant field is considered a special qualification.

Physical Qualifications

• Every candidate should be physically and mentally fit to serve in any part of Sri Lanka and to discharge the duties of the position.

Age

• Minimum Limit: Not less than 18 years of age Maximum Limit: Not more than 45 years of age

All the above qualifications should have been fulfilled as at the closing date of applications.
Other

1. Should be a permanent resident in the Province during last 05 years. (Must be confirmed by a Grama Niladhari Certificate.)
2. The applicant should be of an excellent character. Above qualifications required to the post should have been fulfilled in all respects as at the date of application notice.
