Office Assistant PL1-2025 Grade III - 01 – Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development – Colombo 01, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and Experience

Passes in six (06) subjects with credit passes in at least two subjects at the GCE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) Examination, not exceeding two terms, 80

> At least 04 years of service support experience in an office role in the public or private sector

General Conditions

I Should not be more than 55 years of age as on 04.05.2026.

II. Selected candidates will be recruited up to 30.09.2027. Candidates from the public sector will be recruited on a full-time basis, while candidates from the private sector will be recruited on a contract basis, subject to annual extension of the contract based on annual performance evaluation.

III. All the necessary qualifications should be fulfilled on or before 04.05.2020.
 
IV. The Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development reserves the right to fill or not fill vacancies.

V. The decision of the Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development shall be final and exclusive in respect of any matter arising out of or in connection with the recruitment process or any matter referred to herein.
