External Applicants

• Basic B.Com. Degree including accounting obtained from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or should have passed the Final Stage of CIMA (UK) or passed the Final Stage of ACCA (UK) or should have passed the Final Stage of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and at least 03 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Internal Applicants

• Completion of five (05) years of satisfactory service period in Grade 1 of Junior Management (JM) Service Category in a post in the relevant subject field.

Salary Scale and Category:

• MM1-3-2025-(96,650-10 x 2,480- 15 x 3,450 173,200 (as per the Management Service Circular No. 01/2025 dated 25.03.2025)

Age Limit:

• Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. Maximum age limit is not applicable to the Internal Applicants
