External Applicants

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration/Commerce / Management / Law obtained from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other degree with a postgraduate degree in Management and at least 03 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Internal Applicants

• Completion of five (05) years of satisfactory service period in Grade 1 of Junior Management (JM) Service Category in a post in the relevant subject field.

Salary Scale and Category:

• MM 1-3-2025-(96,650-10 x 2,480-15 x 3,450-173,200 (as per the Management Service Circular No. 01/2025 dated 25.03.2025)

Age Limit:

• Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. Maximum age limit is not applicable to the Internal Applicants.
