POST OF CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (DGM)

National Savings Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to effectively drive the Bank's human capital to realize its business goals, organizational performance and stability.

The Person
The ideal candidate should possess;

• A Bachelor's Degree from a university recognized by the UGC and Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC

OR

• An Attorney-at-Law or Professional Qualification in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC

AND

• Fellow or Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
• Twelve (12) years of experience in Human Resource Management at a reputed organization, out of which five (05) years should be at a senior management level,
• Should be a Sri Lankan Citizen

Terms of Appointment

• This position will be on permanent basis subject to a probationary period of one year

Remuneration

• An attractive monthly remuneration package exceeding Rs. 800,000/-

In addition, the package includes:
