External:
Qualifications: (a or b below)
(a) A four (04) year Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science/ Technology in the relevant field with appropriate subject combinations from a University recognized. by the UGC.
                                                     AND
A postgraduate degree qualification (Master's) or corporate membership of a recognized professional institution in the relevam field.
                                                     AND
Minimum of eight (08) years research and development experience in a government corporation, Board, Statutory institution or a repsned private institution, after obtaining the first degree.
                                                      OR
(b) A special degree in Engineering/ Science/ Technology or relevant field to the post with appropriate subject combination from a University recognized by the UCC
                                                      AND
A Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) in the relevant field.
                                                      AND
Minimum of five (05) years research experience in a government corporation, Board, Statutory institution or a reputed private institution, after obtaining the first
degree.
Internal:
Qualifications: (a or b below)
(a) A special/general degree in Engineering/ Science/ Technology in the relevant field. with appropriate subject combinations irum a University recognized by the UGC
                                                      AND
A postgraduate degree qualification (Master's) or corporate membership of recognized professional institution in the relevant field,
                                                      AND
Completion of minimum um eight (08) years satisfactory service of a post in the category of Academic/ Research (AR 1), in the subject area relevant to the post.
                                                       OR
(b) A special/general degree in Engineering/ Science/ Technology in the relevant field with appropriate subject combinations from a University recognized by the UCC.
                                                        AND
A-Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) in the relevant field.
                                                        AND
Completion of minimum five (05) years satisfactory service of a post in the category of Academic/ Research (All- 1), in the subject area relevant to the post.
Note: Research Publications relevant to the respective discipline will be an added. qualification. Selected candidates are compulsorily transierted to the respective District Office as per the Institutional requirement.
General Conditions:
Salary Scale : AR 1 (Rs.133,220-10 x 3,600-169,220/-)
Basic Salary Step: Rs.116,763 (As per Schedule ii of Management Services Circular No.01/2025)
Age Limit : Age should not be less than 30 years and not more than 55 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates
