Qualifications (External)
A Degree in Business Administration/B.Com/Supply Chain Management/Business Management which is recognized by the UGC.
Internal Candidates (1 or 2 below)
1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above.
2. Completion of minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in a post of the 'Management Assistant Non-Technological (MA1-2) Grade I, in the subject area relevant to the post.

Age Limit
Should be it less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates
Salary Scale JM 1-1
Rs.72,850/-1,360x10, 2,040x18 Rs. 122,970/-
Monthly salary-Salary will he paid as per provisions of Management Services Circular No.01/2025
The Company will contribute a sum equivalent to 15% of the Salary in the Employeus Provident Fund and 3% to the Employees Trust Fund.
