01. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology//Science/Mathematics/ Agriculture/ Management/Sociology/Education/Commerce disciplines which is recognized by the U.G.C. with Three (03) years post qualifying junior manager level experience in the relevant field in a Corporation, Statutory Board /Institution or a reputed mercantile establishment after obtaining the first degree.

02. Council of Engineering (CEI) former syllabus Part II new syllabus Part III/Institute of Engineering Sri Lanka former syllabus Part II new syllabus Part III with Three 

(03) years post qualifying Junior Manager Level experience in the relevant field in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution or a reputed mercantile establishment.
