REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, supported by a distinguished academic and professional record.
• At least 15 years of experience in higher education, including substantial leadership and administrative responsibilities.
• Proven Capability in leading academic teams and overseeing multidisciplinary academic programmes.
• Demonstrated insight into emerging trends in IT education, research, and industry practice, together with strong communication, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and inspire the Faculty of IT through strong academic governance and strategic direction, promoting high standards in teaching, research and technological innovation.
• Direct curriculum innovation, uphold academic quality and manage programme accreditation in line with industry requirements and global best practices.
• Cultivate strong industry and international academic partnerships that advance innovation, student learning, and research impact.
• Manage faculty operations and resources efficiently to archives strategic and institutional priorities.
