OPERATIONAL MANAGER – AAA Industries (Pvt) Ltd. – Narammala, Sri Lanka

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and improve daily production output and manpower Productivity across PVC, PU and Sewing Department.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical Solutions to improve Factory efficiency.
• Work closely with Department Supervisors to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Implement and maintain 5S Standards and shop - floor discipline.
• Ensure smooth coordination between production and warehouse operations.
