Degree of a university recognized by the University Grants Commission with Postgraduate qualification (Master Degree) the field of Management Marketinut Business Administration with minimum of eighteen (18) years post qualifying experience in managerial level out of which three (03) years in Senior Managerial capacity in a Corporation Board sor mputed Mercantile Establishment.
