Role Overview

Serve as the senior medical authority of the organization, leading therapeutic strategy, scientific governance, compliance alignment, and clinical credibility across the pharmaceutical portfolio while supporting business growth and innovation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Medical Leadership

•  Lead therapeutic class excellence frameworks 
•  Provide scientific direction for brand lifecycle strategies 
•  Support executive-level medical decision-making 

Medical Capability Development

•  Guide Medical Delegates and medical leadership teams 
•  Strengthen scientific capability across the organization 
•  Mentor senior talent pipelines 

Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement

•  Build relationships with healthcare professionals 
•  Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) 
•  Strengthen scientific reputation locally and regionally 

Partner & Client Medical Interface

•  Support multinational partner alignment 
•  Localize global medical strategies 
•  Strengthen long-term partnerships 

Medical Governance & Innovation

•  Provide compliance oversight 
•  Support portfolio gap analysis 
•  Enable AI-driven and digital medical initiatives 
•  Strengthen ethical governance frameworks 

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• MBBS qualification
• SLMC registration
• Postgraduate medical qualification
• 12–20 years experience
•  Senior leadership exposure in pharmaceutical medical functions
