OPHTHALMIC TECHNOLOGIST – Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital – Nugegoda, Sri Lanka

Applicants who are already employed in the Public Service should submit their applications through the Heads of their respective Departments/ Institutions, with a copy forwarded directly. A certificate issued by the Head of the relevant Department/Institution, confirming that the applicant can be released from service if selected, should be annexed to the application.

The Board of Directors of Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital, reserves the right to appoint /not to appoint any candidate to the Post. The Post applied for should be clearly indicated on the top-left hand corner of the envelope.
