Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling genuine spare parts to dealers.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments/debts.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to dealers and garages.
  • Regular visits to existing spare parts dealers, dealer garages, and potential dealers and garages.
  • Identifying and attracting potential dealers and expanding the dealer network.
  • Conducting periodical market research related to the dealer sales operations (Spare parts).
  • Participating in sales campaigns and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Fully or partially qualified in SLIM/CIMA, or a relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in dealer sales operations.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
  • Having a valid driving license.
  • Age below 45 years.
