Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling genuine spare parts to dealers.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments/debts.
- Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to dealers and garages.
- Regular visits to existing spare parts dealers, dealer garages, and potential dealers and garages.
- Identifying and attracting potential dealers and expanding the dealer network.
- Conducting periodical market research related to the dealer sales operations (Spare parts).
- Participating in sales campaigns and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Fully or partially qualified in SLIM/CIMA, or a relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in dealer sales operations.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- Having a valid driving license.
- Age below 45 years.
