Manager Examinations (Technical) – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka – Colombo 07

Key Responsibilities

• To play a pivotal role in the work relating to the examination process.
• Be an excellent team player in conducting assessments of students at all levels of the examinations conducted by CA Sri Lanka.
• Ensure compliance with the curriculum of CA Sri Lanka and the manual of examination procedures when carrying out examination work.
• Assist the examination panels in maintaining the required level of professional standards in accordance with local and global pronouncements on professional education.
• Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality in all matters concerning the examination process.
• Carry out specific duties assigned by the Examinations Consultant

Qualifications and Skills

• A graduate from a recognised university with a minimum second-class upper division pass.
• Must be a member of CA Sri Lanka or any other professional accounting body.
• Preference will be given to those who have an MBA.
• A minimum of three years of post-qualifying experience in a recognised organisation or experience in examination-related work in a similar organisation would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English, together with sound IT skills.
