Passed GCE (O/L) in 6 subjects including Sinhala, Tamil, English and Mathematics,
Have completed at least 05 years of satisfactory service as a driver in a government institution or a recognized commercial institution.

And
Possession of a valid driving license to drive all heavy vehicles (Class A).

age
Must be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years (this maximum age limit will not apply to internal applicants).

Salary
PL 3 - 2 resident of Kurunegala city limits or its vicinity is considered an additional qualification.
