Mahaweli Water Security Investment Program - Phase 2 Project
Post-Diva Cyclone Reconstruction and Livelihood Support Project Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Lands and Irrigation

In accordance with the Management Services Department (MSD) Circular No. 02/2026 and Government Recruitment Procedures, applications are invited from qualified and committed Sri Lankan citizens for the recruitment of Project Staff for the Post-Cyclone Reconstruction and Livelihood Support Project and the Mahaweli Water Security Investment Programme (Phase II Project) on a temporary basis. The total cost of the Post-Cyclone Reconstruction and Livelihood Support Project (for the period up to 12/28/91) is US$ 25 - 200 million and the total cost of the Mahaweli Water Security Investment Programme - Phase II Project is US$ 5365 million (Project period - 2026 -2031) and this will be funded by local sources. The salary applicable to the post is mentioned in Annexure 02 of the Management Services Department (MSD) Circular No. 02/2026 dated 25/03/2026.
