The Promoting Resilience & Opportunity for Inclusive Recovery Sector Development Programme (PROIR-SDP) is a project to be implemented under the Ministry of Rural Development, Social Security and Community Empowerment, jointly funded by the Government of Sri Lanka (GOSL) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The total project cost is US$ 100 million, and it is designed to support the poor and vulnerable populations in Sri Lanka. The main objective of this five-year project is to strengthen the resilience and well-being of the targeted beneficiaries.
