(a) Suitability
A degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical) from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications from the Sri Lanka Institute of Engineers.

(b) Salary
Salary Group 4.1 (MLM 1)
Starting salary Rs. 92,650/=
Annual salary increment Rs. 1,725/
The monthly gross salary including allowances is approximately Rs. 185,000/-.

Note
:Registration with the Engineers Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL) under the Associate Engineering Category (A Eng) or higher is mandatory for engineering colleges.

Age limit
: Must be below 45 years of age. (This age limit does not apply to applicants in the public sector or public corporations)

The appointees must comply with all rules and regulations already formulated or to be formulated in the future by the Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
The selected candidates are required to serve in any department of the Authority and in any part of the island as required by the Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
Applications should be sent by registered post, along with photocopies of certificates of age, education, professional qualifications, experience, to the Chief Manager (Human Resources and Administration), Human Resources and Administration Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Kochchikade, Colombo 13, on or before 19th October 2026. The post applied for should be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope containing the application form.

Applications without copies of relevant certificates will be rejected.
