1. POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER-INTERNAL AUDIT

GRADE III CLASS II

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
• Educational/Professional Qualifications

Associate member of the bustitute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
A Master's Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka will be considered as an added qualification.

• Experience

A minimum of six (06) years working experience External Audit in a reputed organization. Internal Audit/

• Age Limit

35 years or below
(Age limit will not be applicable for internal applicants)

The ideal candidate should possess;

• Sound Knowledge on application of Auditing and Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards and other compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions,
• Knowledge on Risk Management and corporate governance practices in a financial institution.
• Knowledge on auditing practiers of a financial institution.
• Ability to conduct risk-based audits and prepare audit reports.
• The ability to study and ascertain the adequacy of the internal control systems procedures.
• The ability to carry audits in a computerized environment.
• Analytical, interpretation and writing skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and managerial skills to liaise efficiently at all levels of management
• Commitments to deadlines.
• Willingness to travel island wide continuously for assignments.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• This position will be on permanent hasis mérject to a probationary period of one year. 
• Confirmation of the post will be subject to an evaluation of performanceduring the probation period and certification of medical fitness by Medical Officer nominated by the Bank.

REMUNERATION

• Rs113,040-150,640
•         1,850 X 20

The initial monthly gross salary will be Rs. 225.000/-approximately,
The selected applicants will also be entitled to the following fringe benefits

1. A guaranteed annual bonus equivalent to two months' gross salary.

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Information Techmology Information Security/ Cybersecurity from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
(Those who possess CISA/CISM/CISSP/ISO27001 certifications will have
an added advantage

•  Experience

A minimum of 04 years working experienor related to IS Auditing or IT
Risk Management in a Bank/Financial Institution, Telecommunication or
IT/IS/Information Security Consulting

Possess analytical and technical skills with minimal supervision in the execution.

35 years or below
(Age limit will not be applicable for internal applicants).

Ideal candidate should possess;

• The Knowledge and understanding on prevailing IS Audit standards and best practices.
• Understanding on the risk hased auditing in an II driven environment. Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• including the CBSL Technology Risk Management Guidelines, ISO/IEC 27001 LA standards, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
• (PCI-DSS), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) etc. The ability to study and ascertain the adequacy of the systems control and procedures.
• The ability to independently analyze and finalize 15 audits/investigations and draft reports/presentations,
• Well developed analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal and managerial skills to liaise efficiently at all levels of management and
• commitment to meet deadlines.

• Willingness and ability to travel island-wide as and when required.

A Bachelor's Degrer in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce/Business Management from a recognized University by the University Grants Commission of Sei Lanka

Business Level Examination of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)/Managerial of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent qualifications.

A minimum of 63 years working experience related to IS Auditing, or IT Risk Marsagement in a Bank Financial Institution, Telecommunication or FT/15/Information Security Consulting

30 years or below

The ideal candidate should possess;

• Knowledge and understanding on prevailing 15 Andit standards and best practices.
• Understanding on the risk based auditing in an IT driven environment.
