The candidate must have a Master's Degree in medicine from an accredited academic institution with two (02) years of professional experience in the related field; or Bachelors' Degree in medicine from an accredited academic institution with four (04) years of professional experience in the related field. Valid license (SLMC Reg.) to practice as a medical doctor in Sri Lanka is mandatory. Minimum of four (04) years of post internship clinical experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary hospital setting is desired. The last clinical posting should be within the last five years. Experience in managing a health clinic will be an advantage. Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions /organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage. Good communication skills and organizational skills are highly desired
