01. GENERAL MANAGER (HM 1-3)
➤ Basic Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications for External Applicants:
A First Degree in Engineering / Science / Management / Law/Business Administration / Public Administration or Finance from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), together with a Master's Degree or Associate Membership of a recognized professional institution, and knowledge and experience in boat manufacturing, boat designing and business promotion

AND

Experience
A minimum of 15 years' experience at the managerial level in a Government Corporation, Statutory Board or a recognized private sector organization after obtaining the degree qualification. Out of the 15 years of experience, a minimum of 03 years should have been acquired after obtaining the postgraduate qualification.
Educational Qualifications for Internal Applicants
Should have completed a minimum of 03 years of satisfactory service in the post of Assistant General Manager in the Senior Management
Service Category of Cey-Nor Foundation Limited

➤ Age
: Should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.

➤ Salary Scale: HM1-3-2025: Rs. 152,500/- + 15 x Rs. 4,100/-= Rs. 214,000/-
(The salary applicable for the year 2026 is Rs 133,028/-in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 01/2025)

Allowances

• Cost of Living Allowance Rs 17,800/- per month
• Professional Allowance - Rs 25,000/-
• Fuel Allowance 145 liters
• Vehicle Allowance - Rs 50,000/- (if a vehicle is not provided by the organization)
• Telephone Allowance - Rs 4,250/-
