Qualifications and Work Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Kandy and Central Province market will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation channels.
• Ability to analyse sales pipelines, conversion rates and marketing performance.
• Strong networking and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campus recruitment performance.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment.
