FINANCIAL OFFICER – Atman Holdings Pte. Ltd – Singapore 079025

The Group CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, fundraising, capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions and strong governance to support the Group's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives, debt financing and investor relations
• Drive IPO readiness and capital market strategies
• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance and risk management
• Lead treasury, tax planning and cash flow optimization
• Oversee legal and regulatory financial compliance across the Group
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board on key commercial matters
• Build, develop and mentor a high-performing finance function

The ideal candidate should possess:

• a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• a professional qualification such as FCA, FCMA or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 05 years as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role
• strong experience in corporate finance, fundraising, capital markets and financial strategy
• proven experience leading IPOs, M&A or large strategic transactions
• extensive knowledge of financial reporting, governance, compliance, and risk management
• strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• proven ability to influence stakeholders at Board, investor and senior management levels
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
