Application form should be correctly perfected and Rs. 1000/- should be credited to Account No. 119-1-001-9-3693223 maintained at the Narahenpita Branch of People's Bank mentioning as "Admin Fee" in favour of Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka and the bank slip for the above payment should be attached to the application and submitted by registered post.
