         : In selecting candidates for the post of Assistant Director (Human Resource Development), preference will be given to applicants with qualifications/experience             in procurement in government institutions.
         : Applicants for the post of Translator must possess a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.

• Applicants currently employed in government/local government departments, corporations, or statutory bodies must submit their applications through the heads of their respective institutions.

            Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
            Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties entrusted to the post and to serve in any part of the island.
            Should have an excellent moral character.
