Service Station where vacancy exists : Head Office, National Housing Development Authority
Age Limit : For posts falling under the HM 1-3 and HM 1-1 salary categories, applicants must be not less than 35 years of age and not more than 55 years of age.
For posts falling under the MM 1-1 and JM 1-1 salary categories, applicants must be not less than 22 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
The above age limits shall not apply or to internal applicants employees serving in the Government / State Corporations / Boards / Statutory Institutions.
Applicants who are currently employed in the Government /State Corporations / Boards /Statutory Institutions should forward their applications through the Head of
their Institution.
In addition, when submitting your application for the above-mentioned vacancies, you are required to provide the following:

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Certified photocopies of certificates confirming your educational qualifications and experience 
• Contact telephone number(s).
• A certified photocopy of your National Identity Card (NIC) /Passport / Driving License.

Applicants must satisfy all the prescribed qualifications and other requirements for the relevant post as at the closing date for applications.
A structured interview will be conducted by an interview panel appointed by the Appointing Authority, and selections will be made from among the highest-scoring
candidates in order of merit.
The National Housing Development Authority reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the selection of suitable candidates.
