Application Procedure and Closing Date of Applications

1.  Application form is available on the University website (www.wyb.ac.lk)
2. Certified true copies of certificates proving the relevant qualifications (must be certified by a Justice of the Peace/Grama Niladhari/Principal/ Executive Officer of a Government or Corporation with the official seal) should be attached to the application.
3. Duly filled Application forms should be sent to the Deputy Registrar, Non-Academic Establishments Division, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Lional Jayathilake Mawatha, Kuliyapitiya under registered cover to reach on or before 31st of July 2026.
4. Applicants in the service of the University System/Government Departments/ Corporations/ Statutory Boards should channel their applications through the Heads of their respective Institutions.
5. It is compulsory to indicate the post for which the application is sent on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
6. Applications received after the closing date and incomplete applications will be rejected. Applications rejected in this manner will not be reconsidered for any reason.
