Educational and Other Qualifications :

• A Bachelor's (Special) or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Having additional certifications related to Banking Software, ERP, or Financial Systems.
• Experience regarding core banking systems (similar to MBwin).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying rural banking/banking software. Integration of systems via API, Middleware, or specialized solutions.
• Database management (SQL Server, Oracle, or other related databases).
• Knowledge of financial data security, encryption, and ISO27001 compliance.
• Knowledge of Cloud deployment and centralized systems.

Professional Experience :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consultancy for financial institutions.
• Having practical experience in implementing or integrating core banking software.
• Having software development experience for local banks. FOR
• Having successfully implemented a complete banking system project. SAL

Other Qualifications :

• Requirement analysis, designing, and risk management.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to provide training and support for staff and end-users.
